Setting BWMeter 4.2.2 Bandwidth Manager

If U need some program for controling your network, You can try this one :

BWMeter is a powerful bandwidth meter, monitor, traffic controller and firewall, which measures, displays and controls all traffic to/from your computer or on your network

Note : this program only runing on "Windows OS" I'm never try this under wine on LINUX, and I'm so sorry can't give you Cracked Link because I love free and trial is free. Use trial Version and u can try this program for a month.

Install and setting :

1. Instal your Bwmeter on your computer, Use double click on your instaler and just do the instruction

2. after instalation you can setting your BWmeter like this :

- open your program 

- do right click on BWmeter task bar - chose Filter



- click add than will appear like this



- Type the name of the computer that you want to control then press Ok

- in source tab,  edit that source with Ip address of the computer that you want to control - than press Ok


- time to go to graph :

chose graphs tab :

click add then type the name of the computer that you want to control then press Ok

click another add (2) then select filter do you want to add


then press Ok

FREESPIRE 2.0

Freespiree is Free OS from Linspire (Lindows at before), Freespire is based on Debian linux , Freespire 2.0 begins with Ubuntu (Version 7.04)

System Required :

  • PC with 1 GHz processor
  • 256 MB of RAM (512 MB or higher recommended for best performance)
  • Hard drive with 4 GB free space

get Freespire

Freespire 2.0 RC1 (ISO) (667 MB)

instalating tutorial

  1. Place Freespire CD in CD-ROM drive
  2. Hit Enter when INSTALL Freespire on this computer's hard drive is highlighted
  3. Click Next at the welcome page
  4. Select your keyboard layout and click Next
  5. There will be two options:
    If you wish to Take over an entire hard disk select that option and click Next. If you don't have more then one hard drive skip to step 8.
  6. If you wish to perform an Advanced install select that option, click Next, and continue to step 7.
  7. Select a pre-made partition that you wish to use for Freespire. Determine if Freespire should write the MBR then click Next
  8. Fill out the form and click Next
  9. Verify the setup and click Finish
  10. Click Yes I'm Sure
  11. Congratulation U have Freespire OS now, enjoy it

Instaling Program

Fist steep , do update some component of this OS, its because this OS was based on Ubuntu 7.04 and some progrem / software only Suported on Ubuntu 8.04 and earlier.

1. Use CNR for instaling Mozilla Firefox and Adobe Acrobat Reader

2. Use some .deb packaging Software (like Opera)

3. Use super user terminal for instaling some .dep packaged

To install a deb file type:
sudo dpkg -i nameoffile.deb


Note : I was try instaling Wine but not success
